We are looking for a Head of People to join us to continue our streak of bringing in and unlocking talent across the leading Australian telehealth brands.
Our founding team has done this multiple times and helped scale businesses like Canva and Koala. Our talented team comes from McKinsey, Atlassian, Optiver, Bain, and from many more leading organisations as well as their own startups.
We believe that Head of People is a critical role, focused on helping us develop future leaders within startup and health ecosystems. As Head of People you will not be joining a scrappy startup. We have all the basics down tight and constantly growing as the organisation expands. We are looking for a person who can lead us to the next level as we are not content with just building an "HR Function", we are looking to invest in our People in creative ways. This is important to us, as the key to Eucalyptus success to date has been the ability of identify, develop, and give an opportunity to excel for our talent. You have to come to the table with fresh and ambitious ideas of how you can make this happen.

You would have a range of experiences in adjacent fields, it might be in recruitment, marketing, or customer experience or it might be a high-level managerial position with strong team management and development responsibilities.

What do we do, exactly?
Well, we have built a technology platform to deliver healthcare to Australians with a level of care and depth that brings healthcare into the internet age. We plug into doctors, specialists and pharmacies from all over the country, and our brands (Pilot, Kin and Software) cater for different demographics. Our most recent brand, Normal, is changing the conversation around sexual health and wellness.
