Eucalyptus is looking for an savvy Inbound Logistics Coordinator to support our fast-growing logistics team. The Inbound Logistics Co-ordinator will support the execution of both strategic and operational tasks required to move products from international vendors to the DCs on time and in full. As our first Logistician focussing on Inbound freight, this is an exciting opportunity to own and shape our strategy into the future.

About The Role

Eucalyptus' mission is to deliver higher-touch, higher-quality healthcare. We do this by launching and running consumer healthcare brands built on a shared technology platform and supply chain. This infrastructure needs to be able to scale up fast and maintain the flexibility to serve a diverse set of current and future brands.

The Inbound Coordinator will be part of the Supply Chain Team. Reporting to the Logistics lead, you will be focused on the management of all inbound freight for Eucalyptus. Supporting in the planning, executing and reporting on inbound deliveries from supplier, factory and internal warehouses. In this position, you will work with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, internal stakeholders and the warehouse team. Your supreme organisational and prioritisation skills will provide the company with a sustainable competitive advantage in terms of product cost and availability. You will leverage off your analytical capabilities to continuously optimise international supply chain processes.


  • Assist in forecasting and planning of inbound volumes
  • Optimize supply planning to achieve delivery dates and product launches
  • Communicating all inbound freight movements to relevant internal teams
  • Preparing all import documentation for custom clearance
  • Update purchase orders to match supplier packing slips, escalate for approval for PO's outside of tolerance, and ensure correct lead times based on origin
  • Communicate with internal brand teams to update on Purchase Orders with delays and service issues
  • Liaise with the broader logistics team to ensure seamless transition of goods from freight forwarder to warehouse
  • Produce financial reports for all inbound movements
  • Manage correspondence and follow-up with internal teams and external partners to ensure shipments are on time.

Experience required

You are the right candidate for this role if you have:

  • Experience in admin, transport or logistics
  • Knowledge of Shipping procedures and relevant regulations and requirements
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and ideally some ERP experience.
  • Proven experience working autonomously and as part of a broader team
