What do we do, exactly?

Well, we have built a technology platform to deliver healthcare to Australians with a level of care and depth that brings healthcare into the internet age. We plug into doctors, specialists and pharmacies from all over the country, and our brands (Pilot, Kin and Software) cater for different demographics. Our most recent brand, Normal, is changing the conversation around sexual health and wellness.

Fertility feels like an unfinished project for modern women. While attitudes are shifting around a woman’s right to control her own body, the topic of fertility is still laced with taboo and fear. For many, fertility is still a black box. It’s something most don’t think or talk about until it suddenly becomes all-consuming. At that point, we’re left to navigate a confusing maze of misinformation and a fragmented healthcare system.

The fertility journey isn’t always easy or straightforward.

Job description

The CX team is the nerve-centre of Eucalyptus’ customer obsession. The team’s mission is to be the bridge between Euc and our customers, so that our customers are the happiest and healthiest they can be. 

Eucalyptus is growing rapidly. Our brands reach tens of thousands of new customers every month. We need a CX team that scales with our customer base. And we need to provide the same exceptional experience to every customer, even at 10x our current size. 

Our CX team is at a critical stage of growth. We have about 12 team members and expect to have over 100 in 3 years’ time. We’re looking for a leader who can scale our team across brands, products, medical conditions and geographies - all the while creating a more personalised, more empathetic journey for each customer. 

You’ll be expected to build systems that get better over time; to recruit and retain the most creative, customer-obsessed people; and to craft a positive culture that will endure through all manner of challengers - from rapid growth to resource constraints. 

This is a senior leadership role that will form part of the Eucalyptus management team.
