Patient safety, enhanced by technology

We’re setting a new high standard for quality care

As a digital healthcare provider, we believe practitioners should be empowered by technology, not in conflict with it. Every day our team embraces the unique capabilities technology gives us to provide consistent, quality care.

Since 2019, we’ve facilitated over a million consultations across our digital healthcare clinics – Juniper, Pilot, Kin and Software. We’re proud of our stellar record of patient safety which has been built on a solid foundation of clinical governance protocols.

How we do it

Dr Ben Condon

High-quality consults

The doctors and nurse practitioners who practise at our digital clinics are highly credentialed. In Australia, our general practitioners are all AHPRA registered, and many are fellows of the RACGP.

During consults, our 80+ practitioners have access to a full set of tools on our platform – they can request photos, blood tests and ask for an external validation of medical history before prescribing.
Continuity of care

Continuity of care

One of our biggest strengths is our ability to leverage technology to maintain regular contact with our patients.

Their experience doesn’t end with the consult, instead treatment continues with regular doctor check-ins and follow-up consultations, as well as access to a wider care team of nurses, pharmacists, dietitians and nutritionists.
Clinical auditing

Rigorous clinical auditing

We track patient safety at every touchpoint thanks to our unique technical capability to collect and track care data. This allows us to implement, review and evolve stringent safety regulations.

Our clinical operations team audits more than 6,000 consults a month for safety and quality, while also holding our wider care team to first response time and quality targets.
Eucalyptus sets the benchmark for effective clinical governance systems in digital health, proving that technology enhances quality care.
