Since 2019, we’ve facilitated over a million consultations across our digital healthcare clinics – Juniper, Pilot, Kin and Software. We’re proud of our stellar record of patient safety which has been built on a solid foundation of clinical governance protocols.
How we do it
During consults, our 80+ practitioners have access to a full set of tools on our platform – they can request photos, blood tests and ask for an external validation of medical history before prescribing.
Continuity of care
Their experience doesn’t end with the consult, instead treatment continues with regular doctor check-ins and follow-up consultations, as well as access to a wider care team of nurses, pharmacists, dietitians and nutritionists.
Rigorous clinical auditing
Our clinical operations team audits more than 5,000 consults a month for safety and quality, while also holding our wider care team to first response time and quality targets.
